******NEW ESSENCE OF ENERGY CLASS******
Essence of Energy is proudly offering a new class called “Meet and Greet Spirit”. It is a dynamic and playful spiritual class that will guide you to breathe and believe your way to happiness. These uniquely spirited classes will be a two hour introduction to “Meet and Greet Spirit” by learning amazingly simple techniques such as breathing, meditation and learning to quiet your mind while you discover the beauty of your own spirit. It is an exploration and journey like you have never traveled before.
It is only $25 per person and it may be held at your home or the Essence of Energy location in Whittier. There is a minimum of 5 students, maximum 10. Create a spiritual party for your friends and let the fun begin!! Bernadette will travel within a 15 mile radius for the party at your home. Host the party and you will attend the class for free!!
