This is highly recommended if you wish to gain insight into your past lives so that you may understand where you have been, why you have certain passions or fears. You will learn to appreciate who you were so that you may strengthen your abilities in this lifetime.

 

HYPNOTHERAPY

Offered in sessions of two hours $125.00

Hypnotherapy is a valuable tool for assisting in weight loss, smoking, any fear that is keeping you from experiencing life to its fullest extent. The root cause is discovered during this session and through healing modalities and hypnotherapy you are able to release these issues or fears. You will gain confidence and belief in yourself that you can succeed in whatever you desire to do.

Past Life Regression through hypnotherapy is another healing and powerful tool that allows you to travel into your past lives. You will be lovingly guided by Bernadette through a gentle hypnotism which helps you to experience with love some of your past lives.

 

SPIRITUAL MENTORING

Offered in sessions of one one-half or two hours $80.00

Mentoring is an important spiritual tool when you wish to discover and understand your spiritual path, connect with spirit at a higher vibration and find greater happiness in your life. Whether you wish to become a spiritual intuitive, healer, animal communicator or create a new sense of balance in your life and improve your relationships, you will find the mentoring sessions an invaluable experience and bring joy to your heart as you learn the importance of your spirit and how to travel your spiritual journey with the greatest of ease and love.

Each session is created specifically for you and your spiritual needs. Bernadette has been mentoring loving individuals for over 6 years. She brings to each session an abundance of passion and wisdom with a commitment to spirit that will guide you through this lifetime with purpose and a new sense of understanding and gratitude not only for yourself but for others as well.

  • Payment for readings may be paid through pay pal, check or money order. For information about mailing a check or money order, please contact Bernadette at essenceofenergy@hotmail.com
  • Send your question to Bernadette at essenceofenergy@hotmail.com and advise how you wish to pay for the reading.
  • Bernadette will confirm via email when confirmation of the payment is received and an estimated time schedule will be given when the email reading will be sent to you.
  • Your question will be answered within a 48 to 72 hour time frame upon receipt of the payment Monday through Friday.
